This week Chris, the kids, & I went down to California this week for my grandma's funeral. My grandmother, Sherry Walker, passed away last Saturday and her funeral was Thursday. It was a beautiful service and she was an amazing woman. She will be missed but I am so glad she finally is able to be with my grandpa, she has longed for this moment since he passed away 3 years ago. It was my family's first time visiting California so we made sure to take them to the beach and Disneyland! (also had some in-n-out burger & FRESH seafood <3) Here are some pictures (just the ones I have, my dad has more from the funeral and all that, i will have to post those later.)

My first Valentine's Day with Chris and the kids was amazing! I wasn't prepared for how much fun it would be to have Valentine's Day with the kids! Love to spoil them lol... even used a heart cookie cutter to cut out their sandwiches at lunch! haha... Rhiannon loved the big pink bear, and Ebin loved the dog he got! Also, I made boards for their valentines they got at school! going to hang them up in their room soon. Chris made me lasagna with a salad and garlic bread... mmmm! made the kids a cherry 7 up float with whipped cream and a cherry on top... lets just say it was a BIG hit!!! should have gotten more pictures, but i was too busy having fun! :)

Today Chris' parents came up to visit for the day. His mom's birthday is tomorrow but we celebraed today! Chris and I tried out our new heart cake pan and made her a heart cake.. FULL OF LOVE. ;)

Tonight I got to practice painting on glasses! It was alot of fun and I can't wait to get to the dollar store and get more glasses to paint! :) I think I'm addicted!!!

My best frind in the ENTIRE world and also my Maid of Honor is having her 24th birthdy today!! On the 24th of January! =) I just wanted to tell her to have a happy birthday... and I wish I could be with her in Puyallup, Washington to celebrate it with her! It seems like yesterday we were falling off of cliffs to a bayou and being attacked by a gang of geese by the Dogwood Pond.... not to mention claiming our own peice of land for a camp named "Schmutzgilla Camp". Sometimes I wish we could still be 13 years old running around with no responsibility but to do good in Mrs. Gaydos class and labeling our teacher as a "trash digger" because she rummaged one of our notes from the trash! Haha!!! I miss those days... and now I sound like an old coot!! Anyway... TARA! If you are reading this, please have fun today for me because I cant be there to make you have fun!!! Snow Days!

Well, we were planning on going to Billings, Montana today so I could try on some more wedding dresses at David's Bridal (I already have one dress that I really want!!! But I need to try more on to make sure I pick the BEST ONE!), Chris could try on some suits and vests, and we could do a few more wedding errands but a crazy snow storm hit yesterday and it has been snowing on and off since!! So, alas... we could not make the surely treacherous journey to Billings. That's what is bad about living in a small town like Powell.... resources are very limited and we are far away from anywhere who has them! It was okay though because the shoes for me and the bridesmaids came in the mail today! SO EXCITED!!!! The color is so perfect it is crazy... Here is a picture from the website.. I didn't think about taking one of the actual ones.

Love it!!! Nothing else very eventful happened today, the kids are with their mom this weekend so it's been kind of quiet. I miss them when they are gone every other weekend :(
I also need to get my new sewing machine I got for Christmas and start hemming not one, but ALL, of Chris' pants.... He is about my height... so it is hard to find pants that aren't too long and as a consequence they are all frayed at the bottom... something must be done!!! I have very little sewing experience other than young women's and fixing quick rips or buttons! So if anyone has any advise for me it would be much appreciated!!!!! I also want to start learning how to make clothes!

I have decided that it would be fun to blog again! I have never been very good at it, but I will put forth an effort! My dad loves his blog and I want to be as cool as him, so I will try!!!! (I put that in there cause I knew he would eat it up.)

This past year has been pretty busy. Met the love of my life, fell in love with not just him but his two kids as well. Chris, Ebin, and Rhiannon are my life now and we are all excited for our wedding on August 7th, 2010! We just had our first Holiday season together. It was so much fun!!!! Halloween, Rhiannon's 5th Birthday (and party!!!... first kid party, go me!), Thanksgiving, and Christmas!!!!! I thought about posting some pictures from those events, but I am lazy, so I will start out with the here and now! I just signed the kids up for a few sports the other week. Last Tuesday Rhiannon started Gymnastics, Monday kicks off Taekwondo for Ebin, and they both have Swimming Lessons starting next Saturday! Busy busy busy! I guess they weren't kidding when they said I'd be getting a crash course at being a Mom... but I wouldn't change it for the world. I love them to death and it is already feeling like we are a family. Chris and I are starting to get the ball rolling on all the Wedding plans! (When I say 'Chris and I' I really mean my mom... she is amazing! I don't know what I would do without her... ) Once I upload pictures to the computer I will throw in a picture of Rhiannon aka Anna Bug in her gymnastics outfit!

It sure has been a while since I posted anything! Sorry!!! (My excuse is i forgot my password... got a new one :) ... haha) Anyway, Don't worry about my room mate she is fine now :) Alot of things have happened over the summer that I kind of wish didnt happen but hopefully I can start fresh again this fall. Nothing too much has changed, still work at the hospital. Same house. We got a futon swing that folds into a bed... its dang cool. Of course I set it up all by myself. I have a friend who is going on his mission in two days... and before he left powell to go home to colorado he gave me his car. A 69 VW.... yessss! It just wont run haha... so yesterday Brad came over and took a look at it for me and he thinks it needs new spark plugs... shouldnt be too bad i hope! So i guess sometime when he has time him, me, and steve are gonna fix it! They better let me help too because I want to learn! Saturday night I was going to go to Billings to go to a club with some friends... it sounded like SO MUCH FUN!!!... but I got as far as garland and got a phone call ... those losers backed out!! oh well... JENNY my marvelous room mate has left me for a whole week to go down to Provo. Her little brother Mark is going into the MTC.... headed for Jamaica! He is really excited but scared too. He was set apart yesterday. We have a new Bishop at church too.... We still have Brother Bennett as the 1st councilor so its not a total loss :P lol jk... of course ! Tonight at FHE we are playing the sign game.... FUNNNNN. I watched the Exorcism of Emily Rose the other night.... SCARY! I couldnt sleep... I had to take some tylonol PM to go to sleep! LOL and prayed I didnt wake up at exactly 3am like everyone in the movie did. Well i'm gonna get to goin now... I will post soon I promise :) LOVE LACEY

Well, my baby brother has now left me for two whole years (it was hard for him to tear himself away from me... im sure of it) and I am so excited for him! He is going to Buenos Aires, Argentina! I've already written him on http://www.dearelder.com/. I'm glad they have something like that set up so he can get a letter from me so fast! I just wish it worked both ways! Anyway, we went down to Provo, Utah last week to take Sean to the MTC (Missionary Training Center). He was so excited and so were we, but some of us were more emotional than others (MOM!). We had alot of fun going to Jackson Hole, Temple Square, & Boondocks Mini Golf!! We also got to learn a new game called Zarahemla! I like that game alot!

I've been wanting Michael Jordan shoes for a while but I never really sat down to figure out which ones!! My roommate, Jenny, and I decided it was about time to deal with this ever growing problem! So, I found which ones I want.. and of course they are $99.99. At least they arent the 200 dollar ones! :)Gorgeous!!! Aren't they? haha...

My parents want to give our dog Liberty away because now that Sean and I are out of the house, she is bored all day while they are at work! Also there isnt a very big yard at their house for her to run and play! Dad was going to take her to the pound today, but I put a stop to that and found a lady I work with who is willing to take her! Lisa has 4 other dogs and a huge yard for her to play in!!! Im sad to see Liberty go, but at least I can ask how she is whenever I want to!!!
Grandma Wilma and Grandma Sherry came yesterday to visit us for a week for Sean's farewell! It's really good to see them again! Should be a fun week!! :)

today i went to Los Angeles to this authentic Argentinian Buenos Aires resturant..................... and we got this huge dinner that could feed all of us with different kinds of popular meat that the people eat there.... guess what i tried.... COW INTESTINES!!!!!! at first it wasnt bad, it was just really chewey...and pretty much tasteless... until i bit into the middle... it was like mushy nasty liver tasting mush!!! it was so disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i swallowed it.... my brother couldnt even down it he had to spit it out in a napkin! hahahahha! and hes the one going there for 2 years.. i hope he doesnt die. they had blood sausage on there too and it was gross even looking at it... now disgusting that is like eating a log of scabs!!!! LOL..... then we went to the peir in seal beach.... i love that place it always reminds me of grandpa because he would take me and sean there all the time when we would visit :) it was beautiful. i love the ocean :) i sort of miss living in southern california!! its never boring... always something to do!! unlike freakin' wyoming... wyoming sucks... you just sit there and do nothing all day because theres nothing to do! lol... oh well! i am going to utah tomorrow to drop my brother off at BYU and stay the night, then driving back home to wyoming.. i will miss california... but this trip was awful without grandpa :( i miss him so much, but i know he will be with me from time to time... i can always feel him close by :)

Hear the background music? It's a clip from the best movie of all time.. yes, you guessed it. Monty Python and the Holy Grail! It makes me laugh every time! So.. I haven't writien here in a very long time. Probably because I've been spending all my time over at myspace! Oh well. I like you, blogspot. So I'll come here from time to time and give you some affection. Last night we rented Memoirs of a Geisha. It was a -really- good movie. I liked it alot! Infact, it's good enough to own. So go on, kiddies! Go buy it! Soooooooooooooooo... back in the good ol days (these ARE the good ol days... as Densen Bates used to say), I was walking down the little dogwood trail with Tara. Then out of NO WHERE tara decides to fall off a cliff and drag me down with her. So here we are, dangling off the side of a cliff and both of us are ontop of eachother.. somehow... dont ask me how, because it is still a mystery to this day! And im screaming "GET OFF!" and she's creaming "YOU GET OFF!" and so finally after several, SEVERAL, hours, we pull ourselves up and we are granted another day from God. That is my story. I hope you liked it.

Woah woah woah woah WOAH! DUDE! I didn't even know I had this anymore. GeeHEEZ! (As Kip would say). I'm a sophmore in college now, which is insane, because I still remember being in 3rd grade and making fun of that one Josh kid because he liked me and it was gross. Anyway. That was way off topic, but I don't care. I am now living in this weird house with the coolest room mates alive. I share a room with my very good friend Kimberly. I live with Emily, McKizz, Mikael, and Patty still too! I have these 2 new room mates that are insane as well... Cori and Genny. I think they both need professional attention... immediately. ASAP!!!!!! Anyway. I really miss my family. They moved to Texas, so they don't live in Livingston, MT. Anymore.. *tear* I really miss my brother though! We used to do alot of stuff together, and I feel like im missing out on everything that's going on with him. I have a whole wall dedicated to pictures of my family and post cards that my dad give me. He sends me alot of them.. guess he misses me or something haha. Let's see.. I have alot of new pictures of myself .. and of everyone else. Maybe I'll just periodically put them up.

I went to Puyallup, Washington a few weeks ago to visit my best friend Tara. I'll tell you a little story. I got some pretty sweet hilbilly teeth while we were shopping. I put them on while we were driving in the car, and these really hot guys jamming out to their rap music or whatever pulled up next to us. And their music was REALLY loud so i looked at them, with the teeth still on. And they both jumped in FEAR FOR THEIR LIVES! But they laughed and kept dancing or whatever.. so I started to dance with them, dancin like a thug or something.. it was great. I guess they thought it was hot, because one yelled "DANG (edited) GIRL, YOU FINE!" Then sped off! Man it was great.. here is a picture after it happend.. I couldn't let the moment pass without a picture.

Sorry about the long pause between my blogs. Well, I've been really busy with school because I really want to do good this semester, I walk to class (usually in the SNOW!) every morning at 8! Sucky life, dont you think? Yeah.. me too! Easter was retarded this year, it didnt even feel like Easter, and at church, no one even talked about Christ's ressurection really, it was dumb, if you ask me. Finals are coming up in just 3 weeks! I'm not TOO worried though. Well, enough of this dumb blabbling on stuff, and im in a bad mood right now.. mostly because it snowed AGAIN last night, which always makes me mad, the sidewalks were all iced over. Spanish was dumb as usual, except at least we got to see some ruins in Tikal. If I ever go to South America, I want to go to Tikal in Guatemala.. I hear they have monkies there that throw their poop at you because you are in their "territory" ah haha.. how great would that be? I'd have to wear a poncho! I'm going to some kind of western dance tonight.. so that should be fun. and Tomorrow Kimber and Shannon are coming to spend the night with me, so I'm pumped for that. Liz too! Yaaaay I miss liz! This friday is our Spring break.. no wait.. let me rephrase that... Spring DAY! I dont know HOW BYUI gets off only giving us one freakin day for Spring break! Ugh! Oh well.. at least we get a day off. Ok well I'm leaving to go eat lunch and take a nap. Bye.

Hey yall! Tonight was awesomly awesome! FHE was actually fun tonight! Patty gave us an outstanding lesson on how we should be nice to homeless people, and then we played catch phrase, ah haha.. lots of laughs. Anyways.. after that we just sorta mingled and did what girls and boys do. ... ew not that you sickos. And THEN after THAT... we all piled up in Mikael's awesome truck and rode around with "Drop it like it's hot" blaring out the windows and all of us dancin' .. good times.. I think we scared a few people walking by.. but that was the point! So tonight we are all pulling our matresses out to the livingroom to have a HUGE sleep over type thing and all that good stuff! Thats right, I went to a party last night with my room mate Patty! .. a Washington party, and apparently you had to be from washington. My other room mate Emily is from Washington (Sequim) So I decided to pretend to be her... I actually had alot of fun, and met alot of cool (hot) guys! .. but they all think my name is Emily.. and thats not good. Oh well! Anyways, we also ran out of toilet paper a few nights ago, so Patty and I stole some from the Lounge bathroom... but dont worry, we still have our temple recommends! It's been snowing ALL DAY LONG! And it's not supposed to stop until Tuesday! Hurray! The only BAD thing about its, we couldn't go on our adventure to find treasure today, if we would have, we would have died from the freezing coldness outside in the canyon. So instead, we decided to go over to the Theater department and sneek into a stage or something and play with the props and make a photo comic. It was hilariously fun.
All in all, today was a good relaxing and fun day! Thats all I have to say because, im tired. GOODBYE!

Thats right! BLOOD! I got my blood tests done AGAIN today, and I HATE it.. every single month I have to get my blood drawn for more TESTS what the crap! I hate this, anyway.. last month the lady bruised my arm so bad i thought i was going to die, and the needle stinged like heck again this time so hopefully i dont get a bruise. Anyway.. I watched about 3 episodes of Family Guy while waiting for class in the Nordic Landing. When I got home, Mckizz had already gone home to blessed Wyoming and left me here all by myself! And then Mikael went to go visit her parents that are in Salt Lake this weekend! So its just me, Emily, and Patty. Then i found out some disturbing facts about a friend of mine, and things went down hill from there.. at least I had my buds Talon and Layne to talk to. I talked to Tara too but that was before. Anyway.. my day was pretty boring except for .. well the stuff i did. So I'm in a pretty bad mood tonight.. really bad actually.

The dumbest day Ever!

Today was the dumbest day EVER because.. well.. it was DUMB! First off, in Spanish class, this dumb kid named Ryan (Who is stalking my roomie Mikael) was being plain dumb. That just got on my nerves straight off, and that was only at 8am! Math was ok, except for it was a waste of pencil, because I already knew how to do these certain types of problems, but they took up the whole frickin' page to do em! So I was FORCED to sit there and use up one perfectly good page and use up most of my pencil lead to do these problems.. and then I had to do that for homework.. like 10 pages! it was dumb. Anyway, I had a test in Art class today.. I've seen enough naked man statues for the week, yup. Greek art has never really been my thing.. never will be I suppose. Then I walked home in the blistering cold wind.. did I mention BLISTERING?! My ears felt like they were BURNING off! BURNING! I swear, if I dont get some ear muffs I'll just die.. of course I probably wont get that because I spent like 57 dollars on FOOD yesterday, but most of it can be saved for like a YEAR so ill be set for a long time. But still! Yeesh, the cost you pay for healthy food, i should go back to the good stuff. Oh yeah AND Playboy has been sending practically EVERYONE in the school little dealies in the mail with half naked women on them, even the women! Yeesh.. they are dumb, the must not have heard this was a Mormon school or something, but everyone is outraged. Well I guess I better go before I end up yelling about a few things I am pissed at right now too.... and then those people would READ this and be offended and think I hate them.. which I do, but that's beside the point. Hello all you crazy lunatics. Poor McKenzie (room mate) was awoken this morning SEVERAL times around 6am by my VERY loud alarm clock... She didn't have to be up, but as I always say.. Early to bed, early to rise! Poor McKizzle. So I got up around 6:45.. after my alarm clock was going off.. of course i kept hitting snooze about 6 times. Ah haha.. Anyways. I didn't go to church yesterday because.. well.. I slept in. Yeah, I am inactive now.. NOT! I went to my Spanish class.. ugh. It was insanely DUMB. I already knew what the days of the week are called in Spanish, yeesh! And I got a C on my last test, that pissed me off even further. But then I went to religion and life was good again, the Book of Mormon always cheers me up. After that I decided I'd watch the news on a big nice sofa, but these guys were watching CNN.. I HATE CNN! So I left in a huff. Choir was okay.. except for we have to sing this 50 page song! I thought my face was going to fall off my body when I was walking home, it was freezing and the wind decided to blow RIGHT at me! My ears.. couldn't feel them at ALL. At least my hair still looks ok!.. haha. Yesterday we watched Pagemaster, Pinnocio (which has a tremendous amout of cigar smoking in it, btw), and man I forgot what else. If i remember.. I wont tell you because, well.. it doesnt matter. Billowing smoke filled our WHOLE ENTIRE town today.. well, not really. I just decided to throw that in there.. for.. well nothing. But there WAS a massive white thing of smoke stuff coming from this one building and it smelt HORRIBLE, and sounded like a million busses running into a building at once, constantly! Well thats it for today.. As napoleon would say --- Okay, Bye!

Hey, today it is slushing. Yes.. I said slushing. It's not raining, and it's not snowing. It's dumb.. you can't even go out and play in it!
Anyways, we also went out to New York Burrito and Quizno's today. Sooo good! Have I told you about Hobo Spiders? They are evil and they run at you and try to attack you! There was one in our kitchen last semester and it RAN at us full speed to kill us! We caught it and froze it to death over night.. ah hahaha..

This is that ugly killer now.. in it's frozen state!

First Blog Day

Well I decided it was high time I started keeping a journal, and EVERYONE knows I can type faster than I talk.. so I figured this would be a heck of a lot easier to do than write it out in a page. I honestly don't mind if you pry into my life, because I have nothing to hide. I go to BYU- Idaho.. only the coolest university on the face of the planet. I'm a Freshmen.. yeah yeah, start laughing. I have the best roomates ever, and we had an awesome Mardi Gras party last Wednsday. There were about 2 guys to every girl. Now thats what I call a party. I've been meeting alot of people lately and its probably because im crazy and meet people by yelling out the car window at them or prank calling them on the phone. I'm taking fairly easy classes this semester, except I'm having a hard time with my Spanish class.. I'm still getting a B in it, so it's alright. I have to get up at 6 am every morning because my first class is at 8, and yes, I am one of those girls who takes forever to get ready in the morning, but trust me. I'm not all prepy.. just.. me. I've been keeping a documentary of my life on my tape recorder, its freakin awesome, and my room mates think im insane. I talk to my best friend Tara, almost every day. Except now she has a butt load of homework all the time. Poor tara wara! Layne is another best friend of mine, she's been subbing at my old highschool, and all the little kiddies look up to her now. Last Tuesday I went to a play with my room mate, Patty. It was Fiddler on the Roof. I've never been to a live play before, and let me tell you, it was -rad-. Yeah I know that word is old fashioned and out of style... but i feel like saying it so.. shut up! Oh and if you didn't come to my Mardi Gras party! I'm going to kill you! ah hahaha.. well, maybe not, but thats beside the subject! I had a test in Spanish today.. uck, I hate spanish. AND the teacher doesnt know it very well.. dumb coach. ah haha.
